Conservatorships and Guardianships 101
For our May 2021 meeting, we will have a panel of probate experts joining us to discuss conservatorships and guardianships. We often discuss wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate avoidance, probate and trust administration, and similar topics, but there is a whole other side to the world of probate: conservatorships and guardianships. Our panel of experts will give you the view from 40,000 feet, and then discuss some of the finer details, all of which will be helpful to our members regardless of your specific profession.
