Location: Zoom
Speaker: Caleb J. Allen, CIC and Ronald L. Marienfeld II, JD

Summary: On July 2, 2020, the first major change to Michigan’s auto insurance no-fault laws became reality. These are the most comprehensive changes to personal auto insurance in Michigan since the 1970s. Caleb Allen will share real life examples related to the reforms so people can know and understand what coverage they are choosing when “bad things happen to good people.”  Attorney Ron Marienfeld will discuss the recent amendments from a claim and litigation perspective, including both first party (PIP) and third party (BI) claims under the act.
