DESCRIPTION:\nWe have secured a panel of speakers to give a presentation on elder financial exploitation and abuse.   \n  \nThe speakers will be Danna Woosley, Financial Crimes Officer/Security Officer with County National Bank in Hillsdale; Carrie Cossel, APS Supervisor for Livingston and Jackson Counties, Michigan Department of Health and Human Services; Captain Kevin Hiller from the Jackson County Sheriff's Department; and Matthew Way, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney from the Jackson County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.  Each speaker will give a brief presentation about this topic as it relates to their area of expertise and will also answer questions from the council members.
