Dowd, CIMA®\n \nSenior Regional Sales Director\n \nMorningstar Investment Management, LLC\n \nPaul Dowd is a Senior Regional Sales Director for Morningstar Investment Management, LLC, a registered investment advisor and wholly owned subsidiary of Morningstar, Inc.  He is responsible for presenting retirement plan sponsor advice services and participant advice services to consultants, providers, plan sponsors, and participants.\n \nPrior to joining Morningstar Associates in March 2008, Dowd was a Relationship Manager for DWS Scudder for five years. He also worked for Charles Schwab for seven years as an education consultant covering the entire country. Dowd has conducted well over 5,000 meetings throughout his career. Prior to joining Schwab, he worked in the retirement industry for The Guardian Insurance Company and New York Life Insurance Company.\n \nDowd holds a bachelor’s degree in business/finance from the University of Illinois. He previously held Life and Health Insurance licenses as well as FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses. Dowd also holds the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation. He was on the Plan Sponsor Council of America’s Education and Communication Committee 2003 through 2006.\n
